"For many years,
I've suffered from extreme pain in the feet caused by inflamed
tendons in my high arches. I tried everything to ease the pain,
including soaking my feet in hot and cold water, wearing heavily
padded trainers, massage, anti-inflammatory painkillers etc. This
made walking any kind of long distances difficult, limiting
shopping trips and sightseeing on holiday. Since wearing my MBTs
regularly, my walking range has increased significantly and I
haven't suffered the intense pain I used to. In fact I haven't had
any lingering pain at all.
They do take some getting used to, but once you do, you hardly
notice you're wearing them (apart from being taller!). I would
recommend anyone who has arch problems to try them.
Best regards,
Jacqui"

"I have been a patient
of Diane Kheir for several years. Having suffered various back
ailments since the age of twenty, I now find that regular visits
to Diane prevent a recurrence of the problems. I am very
happy with the friendly and professional service she provides".

"My passion in life is my five Border Collie dogs, which I train
for competitive obedience. I also cycle through the New
Forest course with my dogs, which they love.
Back in 1987, I was
involved in a fatal car accident which changed my life for ever,
sustaining injuries including a shattered right leg. It
took nearly a year before I could walk again, and when I did, it
was with a limp. Over the years, this took its toll on my
knee, and even after two operations, I had got back to the
situation where I could no longer walk my dogs or do much else.
In May 2003, Diane suggested I try MBT shoes. I had tried
so many things, I did not hold out much hope, but they were the
turning point, and over several months they improved my ability
to walk, and I have now started to work my dogs again.

"I have
been a client of Diane Kheir for approximately 4 years. I began
by having osteopathic treatment due to a neck injury. The
transition into Pilates has been both easy and appropriate for
osteopathic patients. The principles
of Pilates
help to re-define and create a greater understanding of our
bodies' natural alignment. The exercises
both support and strengthen
our skeletal
and muscular system and therefore offer support to any
osteopathic treatment received.
I have also found Pilates to be the ideal physical exercise
for someone in my line of work,
which is a Speech and Drama teacher".

"Diane
has been looking after my back for about five years.
I
find that my problem has certainly not deteriorated while
I have been seeing her. She has kept
me mobile and
I can still garden and am very active.
She has helped me enormously not physically but she has given me
confidence as well".

"The
treatment I received from Diane for my back was excellent.
Previous to seeing her I was on very strong painkillers for my
back and thought it was the only way to keep the pain away and
if I hadn't wanted a second child would probably still be on
them.
I had regular appointments with Diane during my pregnancy until
I was 38 weeks
pregnant. I can honestly say that every session was so
beneficial to me and within a few weeks my back started to feel
less tight and stiff.
I
really started to feel there was hope for the future,
and there was,
because with Diane's help and advice I managed to get through my
pregnancy with my back much more bearable than it ever was. I
really do believe that is was Diane's positive attitude towards
me and my back. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with
similar problems".
